I've never taken the Everglades Tour either. The mosquitos and the no-see-ums always keep me away, I can always come up with something else to do. But the wildlife is so interesting! I'm going to have to bite the bullet one of these days and take the airboat tour . . .
I was born and raised in Colorado. I lived there until the summer of 2007 when we moved to West Virginia for my husband's job. I am now a SAHM who's interested in photography, scrapbooking and interior design. My camera of choice is a Canon Rebel XSI for most shots and an Olympus 770SW for underwater. I have a wonderful husband- Jeff, and an amazing son Keagan.
Mmmm---love it! Did you see any spoonbills?
ReplyDeleteI am loving them. We have nothing like that in the Midwest. Thanks for taking the time to share them.

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing more of your beautiful images :)
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing variety of birds! What lens were you using? They look so close to you! It looks like you've had a memorable trip :)
ReplyDeleteThe idea of living where alligators live scares the crap out of me. Florida is a fun place to visit, though. I like the colorful bird shot.
ReplyDeletebeautiful photos! I'm not sure I'd want to be near the gators though! ;-)
