We all live under the same sky, but we don't all have the same horizon." Kenrad Adenauer

Hogsmead-- the little shops were fun to go through. I really enjoyed the candy shop. Very creative! If you go-- get the frozen butter beer ( kind of like frozen root beer but better). Very tastey on a hot day!
I remember when the movies started and my kids were thrilled to get some 'every flavor jelly beans' - these sound (and look) so much better. Even the butter beer, and I'm not a big fan of root beer.
Very neat! I had a Harry Potter birthday party for my son when he turned 8 (he's 13 now) and I used cream soda for butter beer. I made labels and put it onto the cream soda bottles. I was so energetic about their birthday parties back then...I think that was the last time I did anything like that until their bar & bat mitzvahs.
I was born and raised in Colorado. I lived there until the summer of 2007 when we moved to West Virginia for my husband's job. I am now a SAHM who's interested in photography, scrapbooking and interior design. My camera of choice is a Canon Rebel XSI for most shots and an Olympus 770SW for underwater. I have a wonderful husband- Jeff, and an amazing son Keagan.
Your photos make me want to visit so bad!! :)

ReplyDeleteOh, that looks like so much fun and I would love to taste and see everything!
ReplyDeleteThis looks like it is so much fun! The whole place must just be magical (no pun intended)
