Tree decoration.  It's almost like someone came by and decorated all the tree's overnight. 
We have all sorts of mold & fungus that grow on the tree trunks.

This is my neighbors tree.


New leaves are bursting out everywhere.

    Oh! We have lichen like that all over our trees, too! And a pink dogwood--how lucky! I love the pink ones.
